We are licensed Florida Community Association Managers who provide an array of administrative, financial and management services to CAM’s, HOA’s and other types of community associations. Our programs are customized to fit your community’s needs.
Financial Management
Handling budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting for the Board or Association. This includes collecting dues, paying bills and managing reserves.
Administrative Support
We manage Board and Association records, maintain databases of condo and homeowners and handling correspondence.
Property Maintenance
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of common area such as landscaping, pools, clubhouses, and recreational facilities.
Board Support
Assisting the Association or Board of Directors with meeting organization, agenda preparation and decision-making support.
Vendor Management
Hiring and supervising contractors for maintenance, repairs, and other services required by the community.
Legal compliance
Ensuring the Board/Association complies with local codes, local ordinances and the relevant state laws and regulations governing Condominium and HOA’s (Chapters 718 and 720 respectively)
